WSLC type oval gear flowmeter
Overview
We have an independent product design and manufacturing system that can provide a variety of materials, calibers and connections, as well as converters, display instruments and flow computers.
The working principle of the elliptical gear flowmeter is that the liquid pushes a pair of elliptical gears to rotate; the volume of each cavity is a fixed volume; the gear speed is extracted, the sensor sends a synchronous pulse count, and the elliptical gear rotates through the magnetic seal coupling and the transmission speed reduction mechanism Passing to the counter directly indicates the total amount flowing through the flow meter. If the sending device is attached and then equipped with an electric display instrument, the remote transmission is only instantaneous flow and cumulative flow.
Typical application :
Oval gear flowmeter is mainly used to measure high viscosity media. Its products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, paper and other industries to measure small flowmeters of small diameters.

The characteristics of the elliptical gear flowmeter
The flow measurement is independent of the flow state of the fluid because the elliptical gear flow meter is metered by the rotation of the elliptical gear by the indenter of the measured medium. The larger the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the leakage amount from the gear and the metering gap, so the larger the stickiness of the nuclear medium, the smaller the leakage error, and the better the measurement. The elliptical gear flow meter has high metering accuracy and is suitable for the measurement of high viscosity medium flow, but it is not suitable for fluids containing solid particles (solid particles will jam the gears, so that the flow cannot be measured). If the liquid to be tested is contaminated with gas, it will also cause measurement errors. The elliptical gear flowmeter is a type of volumetric flowmeter for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of the flow or instantaneous flow of liquid in a pipe. It is especially suitable for flow measurement of high viscosity media such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol and resin.
