WSLU Serise Vortex Flow Meter
Introduction
WSLU Series Vortex Flowmeters are volumetric flowmeters which measure gas, steam or liquid volume flow, standard volume flow or mass flow according to Karman's Vortex Street Principle, and can be used as flow transmitter in automatic control system. Vortex Street Flow is divided into three categories according to its function.
WSLU-1 remote transmission vortex flowmeter, WSLU-2 intelligent integrated display vortex flowmeter and WSLU-3 Temperature and Pressure Compensation Type.
Features
- Without movable parts and adopt simple structure, it is very easy to install and maintain the product.
- Sensor output is with pulse signal, there is a linear relation between frequency of the signal and actual flow rate of the medium. The product is with stable performance and no zero drifting, offering pipe and insertion sensor type options.
- Wide measurement range, the highest range ratio could reach to 20:1 Low pressure loss and consumption.
- Measure components will not contact with medium, which helped the product to maintain stable performance and long service life. Assemble with anti-interference circuit and anti-vibration sensors, which could ensure anti-vibration performance of the product.
- The accuracy is high.Usually, the measurement accuracy of liquid is ±1.0% and gas is 1.5%.
- Small pressure loss
- The installation method is flexible and can be installed horizontally, vertically and inclined at different angles according to the different process pipelines on site.
- Using ultra-low power microprocessor technology, a 3.6V10Ah battery can be used more than five years.
- Using EEPROM to protect cumulative flow from power failure, the protection time is longer than 10 years.
- Inserted Vortex Flowmeter Measurable Medium Temperature up to +250℃
Product classification
WSLU Remote Transmission Type
The remote-transmission vortex flowmeter has the advantages of low price, high integration and compact volume. Without the need for on-site display, the detected flow signal can be transformed into the working condition pulse signal or the 4-20mA current signal can be sent out by far. The flowmeter only needs to put the calibrated coefficients of the instrument into the upper computer, so it can display the pipeline flow in real time at the upper computer end. It is especially suitable for use with secondary instruments, PLC, DCS and other computer control systems.

WSLU Digital Display Type
Intelligent integrated display vortex flowmeter is a new intelligent instrument with multi-function and integration, which is developed with advanced low-power MSP430 chip as the core. The converter has multi-point coefficient correction function. This series of products adopt segment code LCD display with high contrast and low power. Two display units are optional. A variety of electrical signal output modes are optional, especially suitable for quantitative control. This series of products can not only display the commonly used volume flow units, but also display the mass flow units by setting the measured medium density. On the basis of the above functions, in order to meet the different needs of users, users can choose the communication function of MODBUS protocol based on RS485 interface.
